Do anybody else get intense cramps below their belly when they get a Braxton Hick contraction?

Yes this happened to me today. Kinda scared me tbh. I laid down and had to get naked because the cramps were so intense I was sweating.

@juliaschade41, I feel mines more when I'm relaxing. Plus the added pressure on my vag from the baby doesn't help
