I need major advice on how to produce more milk while exclusively pumping bc my nanny is in the NICU

I pumped every 2 1/2 hours on the dot while my itty bitty was in the nicu. Massaging my breasts was helpful. Have a handsfree pumping bra (or cut holes into an old sports bra) so you can gently massage your breasts while you pump. Using a hospital grade pump like a medela symphony or spectra is good for getting milk out.

Kind of act like how a baby would. Pump every hour

Power pumping. Pump 20 rest 10 then pump for another 20 minutes
