I have a question moms...I'm engaged to an older guy (54) and he has a daughter (30) that suffer from mental illness.she been off her meds n acting coocoo as usual. But she has a daughter(9) who has to deal with that everyday.last note she made her kid walk from their house(telegraph n7mile) to ours (evergreen n lyndon?) Which is pretty damn far with no possible explanation. It was 10at nite! I find this highly dangerous and cruel to make her walk that far in flip-flops!!! No matter how sick in the head.should I keep pressing to my man to call cps to get custody? Or stay out of it?
But we took action this mourning. Hopefully she will b placed with her GMA.n be safe
@erica_w14 she wasn't walking alone...her mom made her walk with her.so they both walked. For no reason at all.
Yeah I agree with the ladies. She's not fit to take care of her. The child's best interest are the most important thing
I would definitely keep pressing. Regardless of where you live, a 9 year old girl walking by herself in general is a bad idea. Especially with the crazies out nowadays. And I'm going to guess that she went off her meds by herself, without consulting her Dr? I'm surprised she has full custody of her daughter. It seems in most cases, if a parent has a mental disability and could potentially stop taking meds, they wouldn't get custody...but, that's the justice system...
@shay2beautiful I know!!! Especially at night!! They all scared of what she might do once we take her. I say do your worst...my mom had all her kids tooken (myselfincluded) u do what's best for the kid
I live in Michigan and that is a pretty far walk smh.... He should try to get custody
Yea me to yo....I feel bad for riah
@johnsonarriel24 ok good hope he listens to you and everything wrks out
Yea you should just stay calm because that's ridiculous
@msjt07 gotta find a way to bring it up without getting myself all worked up in the process...but IMA stay on him..
@jasminecotton5 yea that wat I think IMA bring it up again
Def keep pressing that is dangerous the mom needs to first be on her meds daily then she should be able to possible have joint custody but if she gets off meds she should loose custody completely because that's child endangerment smh anything could have happened to that little nine-year-old girl while she was walking in the middle of the night he needs to jump on that ASAP.
I would get custody because that's very dangerous like you said what she got going on I want involve me child to do anything
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
