Which one do you say when ppl ask how old your LO is....12 months or 1 year??

After 11 month's i believe its about damn time to say i have a 1 yr old child

At one point when my oldest was younger, I had a lady ask me how old he was I said he's one she said no how many months so I had to calculate (not really cause I already knew) and be like he's 18 months smh lol
