@gabsmommy definetly apply for custody before he does. If thats the route your going to go. I hate anything dealing with courts and kids. I just feel like its not worth it. It should never get to that point. People so damn annoying and immature

@raisinghazel, exactly because I now have a bf who lives with me that's another reason why I asked him to meet me at McDonalds but instead he took it upon himself to still come to my house. I said if you really cared to see your child then meeting at McDonald's wouldn't even be a problem & then he tries to run off with her I wasn't having that because we don't have a court order in place and technically he don't have to bring her back and I would have to fight in court to get her back.

@gabsmommy just let him know in order to see baby girl yall gone have to go to court since he cant be mature. And if you filed a report just have the record just in case. The dam nerve of some people. He probably have no issue not seeing his kid he probably was just there for you.

That doesnt seem like it will change how he is acting. He needs to seek help
