@xibkhadiia, I think I cleared it FINALLY!! 😰 I have been doing hot compresses then REALLY firm massage while I pump/nurse, to the point I was almost in tears! I read somewhere about changing the baby's position while nursing... and i think that was the final thing to get it to release!! I hope you are able to find a way to get some relief! With my first my supply never came in really well... so I never dealt with any of this!

Keep nursing the worst breast, apply pressure/massage to the area as shes nursing. Hot+massage before feeding and after. It takes me while to clear mine sometimes. Super uncomfortable 😂
