I work as a nanny and housekeeper for this guy and his 2 kids and this week his parents were visiting from Ireland. Everything was going fine. I got along along really well with the parents until me and the grandfather were fixing the baby's crib. As I was trying to screw a screw in he came up behind me, put his hands around me and kind of held on to the bottom of my boobs and he was like that for a couple seconds. Then I thought I felt him press his face in my hair or something I don't even know I was in shock . But he's an old man, idk if he was holding on from falling or what happened but afterwords he acted like everything was fine!!! I just don't know what to do. My boyfriend said he was probably falling or something but I don't think so. I don't even know what to say or do! We were both sitting on the floor when he came up behind me like that.....I have to add he did have a Brian tumor removed about 25 years ago sonmayne he's a little messed up??? Idk he seemed fine all this week

That's a little weird.... I wouldn't make anything of it if they aren't there often, out of fear of upsetting the boss man, but I would try to not be alone with him again..

@nomaci, ya, I was very uncomfortable after that. And afterwords he asked for a hug because we did a good job getting it done. Do I tell my boss who is his son? Or let it go because they are leaving in a couple days so I probably won't see him again??

If it were to happen again, maybe say something, but that's just not right. (The kids you watch aren't in danger from him, you don't think?)

@nomaci, no, I was literally with the parents all day everyday this week with them and no signs of anything weird. That was what made it especially weird. So I don't think I should be worried at all about the kids. Plus he only comes up once a year so it's not often I'll see him

If it happens again i would say something but if not i would just let it go since you won't be around him much longer. Maybe the old man just needed a thrill for a minute idk 😂
