labor and delivery would just send you to the ER. If you have having period like cramping, and or heavy, bright red bleeding, go to the er.

If you feel pain at this point go to the ER

If youre having contractions at 14 weeks, I would call l&d immediately

I don't think you'd feel contractions at 14 weeks they can't even monitor your uterus with a belt then bc how low it is. Maybe cramping , or ligament pains but I don't think contractions
