Has anyone else lost a friend when they were pregnant?? My "best friend" never texts me asking how I'm doing or to hang out, I've reached out to her to do things but it's either she's broke or she's busy, but then I will see her on Snapchat going out drinking the following weekend or going to a concert.. I'm trying to act like I don't care but honestly it really hurts, I feel like I only have two close friends and one of them is my boyfriend 😞😞

I lost a couple friends do to being pregnant.. They completely distanced themselves and then would post them having a blast all weekend when they said they had family stuff or made up some other lie

It's happened to me too. The thing i found the most hurtful about it though is that my best friend had already been through this with other friends and i was the only one by her side. Now she acts as if i don't even exist.

I lost my best friend when I was pregnant with my second. Partly me mostly her. She just randomly stopped talking to me. Her texts were short. I just thought I'd let it go and she'd come to me when she's done being stupid. Then I went into labor at 26 weeks and I texted her to tell her I was in labor and could quiet possibly lose my baby and she had the balls to reply with okay. I was done and I haven't spoken with her in 2 years. Pregnancy shows you who your real friends are unfortunately.

Yeah it was just so random, first when she went to my gender reveal she was just being flat out rude making comments about my boyfriends family taking to long to get there and that she was going to leave and miss the reveal to make it to her softball game which just shocked me, like your softball game is more important? I guess I see where your priorities are, then I asked her to come get a pedicure with me and she said she was flat out broke but was able to go to a festival the same week.. so I have made no effort contacting her after that.

Same my best friend is exactly like that and even after I lost the baby she still not friends with me oh well
