How can I clean it? It just fell off, does it look like there's still some in there?

Call her pediatrician just to be safe. It looks moist still so infection would be my biggest concern. When I had my 1st I was told to use alcohol wipes. Then with my 2nd-4th I was told not to do anything..

I use baby wipes on my baby's belly button I pull her lower tummy where it opens up her belly button so can clean it gently
