What to do for constipated 5 month old??

Breast and formula fed more breast though

@mamaprince, yeah on top of being sick and teething 😢 he pooped a little bit it was much harder than whenever he's pooped before and he's having some bad farts

Mommy Bliss makes a constipation ease. I use the Gripe water of the same brand and LOVE it!

My little went 3 days without pooping.... I understand the struggle lol

@mamaprince, he's barely had any though the past couple days like maybe 2 ounces tops. Do you think it could be the caffeine I drink in my coffee that messes with his bel?
