Fresh ginger tea was the only thing that helped me. I was so sick I lost 15lbs in my first couple months. Ginger was my life boat

oooh girl idk what will help u just have to find whats right for u. what worked for me was eating saltine crackers and water bt still sometimes that didnt work and at one point i just made it apart of my day. here i am 39 almost 40 weeks and i still get morning sickness. i hope it eases up for u between 12 & 16 weeks

Crackers and ginger ale ..also minty gum helped and candy mints

What helped me a lot was eating fruit , I ate a lot of apples! And drink lots of water.

Unsalted crackers RIGHT when you wake up and constantly all day
I also could only eat well cooked broccoli and cold carrots lol
