When did your baby start walking?

A week after he turned 1

He was walking holding onto stuff at about 10-11 months..he didn't take his first independent step until he was almost 1.

Steps at 7 months. On her own at 9months.

@amouryaya09, @sgarland21, my son will be One tomorrow & he can take 3 steps by himself until he falls & then wont try anymore.

Yeah it happens he's just not fully comfortable yet. Once he gets the confidence you won't be able to stop him!

@amandabl, Every baby is different and takes off and their own pace. My nephew didn't walk independently until he was almost 13 months old. He'll get there, and then you'll have to beg him to stop! Lol.

My baby is 16 months and still doesn't walk on her own

Took his first step at 9.5 months, walked across the living room at 10 months, fully walking a 11. Now he's practically running.
