Is it ok to drink ice coffee while pregnant please

Yes just limit how much you're having. If you're used to drinking coffee every day my ob told me no more than 2 cups a day, completely stopping can cause headaches from the caffine withdrawals lol

I would always double check with your OB just in case he's concerned for your personal situation.

My OB is ok with 200 mgs a day.

So about 12oz depending on the drink.

I get the iced coffee from walmart. Not as much sugar in it 😊
