I agree with simmiebaby. It depends on how long you been at ur job. My job covers me for 6 weeks if i have hom vaginally and 8 weeks if i have a csection but i have to take 2 weeks off before fmla covers time off
It all depends on how long you've been working at a certain place and the company's policy itself. Most places do the law minimum which is 6 weeks unpaid. The U.S has some of the worst maternity leave laws of any country!
