Random post, have any of you lovely mummies had something called vestibular migraine? I have had it for the last 3 years…

@linda1995, I've had Mri , ct scan, physiotherapy, a ton of medicine and nothing has worked. I've seen so many different people to try and help me and nothing has worked, starting to lose hope that I will ever get better. How long have you had it for? X

I don't really know what your going through, but I know there's a piercing you can get to help with migraines. Daith piercing it's called, alot of people I know said it's helped.

@beffgoude, I've read about it, I have been thinking about getting it done but I heard it's quite painful, I've got a ton of tattoos done but when it comes to piercings I'm abit of a wimp lol x

@sarahlucindagiddins it'l been through cartilage so itl sting. but I mean I've got my tragus done and that weren't that bad. I'd give it ago only be a about £20 and most people seem to be getting relief from it, everything's worth a try.

@beffgoude, yeah I think I will, I'll get the hubby to hold my hand while I do it lol, but I agree everything is worth a go, can't live with this forever x

@linda1995, I had my eyes checked too but it turns out my eyes are being over used as my balance system isn't working properly, I get like blind spots which are really horrible . I have come to a dead end at the moment and feel like shit 😞 x

@linda1995, I know exactly what you mean I had a hospital appointment on Tuesday, the doctor gave me another patch of pills and said he will see me in 3 months and I was like is that it I have had this for 3 nearly 4 years and you don't really act like you care at all I literally broke down in tears. It's such a horrible thing and I honesty thought I was the only one that had this, it's nice to hear I'm not alone but at the same time it really sucks because I know exactly how you feel x

@linda1995, omg they said the exact same thing to me in the first year they tried to say I was depressed and it was in my head, I was like are you having a laugh why would I make something like this in my head I was fuming. It really is the worse thing not to be believed you know how you feel and there suppose to help you. Do you suffer with dizziness too? I have it all day everyday that's what makes it worse x

@linda1995, I'm really bad with the dizziness the first year my partner was working and everyday was so hard I just ended up crying all the time I couldn't take it anymore. So he had to quit his job so he could be there when I needed him. I suffer with a lot of anxiety from it too as I always feel like I'm going to pass out. I get a lot of pain/ pressure around my eyes and my face do you get that? X

@linda1995, I know what you mean I feel like my face has swollen too, it's really nice talking to you about it as I really did think i was the only one, i would love to know how it happened, why it happened to me x

@linda1995, thanks Hun 😊, how do you cope day to day? I find it so difficult to plan anything as I don't know how bad I will be day to day x

@linda1995, when I wake up in the morning and as soon as I lift my head up and get up it starts I'm really dizzy, I feel off balanced, pain kicks in and that's it it's started. The best part of my day is when I can go to bed and I can just go to sleep. It's so hard looking After kids with this, my son is quite good like he doesn't need me that much he's quite independent but my daughter she is 3 and has autism so she needs constant attention so it's a lot of hard work. I have no friends, it's not cool to be friends with someone that has kids apparently and I find it difficult to make friends now as I can't do what most people can like go and have a night out, I find it difficult just to go to the shops and back, I don't like being to far away from home as I'm scared I'll get so bad and can't make it back, what ever I have got has taken over my life x
