Been taking vitex 15 days now. I'm currently 2dpo tender nipples so I don't know if its the vitex giving me the hormones or the vitex. Any ideas? Anywho im going online to buy as many hcg tests I can because I don't want to miss a day. I got a bfn at 5dpo with my 6yr old daughter. Sorry to seem compulsive but I am desperate1 here lol

Vitex question ladies.... I've been taking vitex for almost a week now, have any of you been using it and have had a period yet? ..... I took it the day before my period, unknowingly, and my period was lighter than my extreme heavy flow, and seems to have shorten to 5 days, rather than my usual 10 day flow. Anyone experienced AF change as this? Especially so soon.
so i ordered Vitex and it should be here in the next couple days. Hoping this will help me become pregnant

Vitex helps balance your reproductive hormones, but doesn't contain hormones itself. Sore breasts can be caused by the surge of progesterone created when you ovulate 👣
