Also! Any arrests or warrants or criminal/drug history will affect his visitation. Also he can't just get a lawyer and file. He has to put a lot of money down just get a lawyer. My best advice would be keep EVERYTHING out of court and let the cards fall where they will. You don't need a man to help raise your baby. You got this!

Are you an unwed mother? Until he takes you to court you legally have 100% custody. It takes ALOT for a dad to get 50/50 unless that's already the current situation. Child support and visitation/custody are two different things. The amount of child support is set to maximum unless there are court papers stating father involvement etc. but they are two separate cases that have to be filed separately. Most likely (idk the situation) he'll get visitation. Standard state mandated visitation is once a week and every other weekend. Message me if you need anything mama! i dont really know the story,but if its for visitatioms with baby ect or child support.he wont take u to court cuz he would have to pay child support. and if u guys arent together and u dont go to court then you have the say over yoyr baby.not his if u wamt to leave away from his u can. but as soon as u go to court you r stuck in the same shit over and ovee again...😕

Well if ur bd is falling for all the BS and letting his friends feed him that he doesn't need to be a dad how old is he and if he can have a kid he can make his own choice n not go to his friends n let his friends tell him what to do he needs to grow up keep ur head up mama
