I have a questions lady , so I'm 12 weeks 1 day today, since Sunday ER visit was horrible & today's doctor visit was okay but haven't got answers. Sunday ER wants to rule out miscarriage since I told them I was spotting and had pain that day , they did an ultrasound but weren't specifically saying anything about baby and just nonsense saying rudely baby not gonna make it it's done so no hope it's a miscarriage happening or happen so just wait go with that. My pain I had I would describe it as a bloating type of pain , since last night the pain stop. And less spotting and bleeding as what they describing it. Today when my doctor did an ultrasound she did mentioned seen the sac and what could be a baby moving I couldn't really see my boyfriend in other hand shout out that looks like two babies and she goes oh yeah your right it could be but then she was moving around ultrasound and she says well there's some right here but I can't really tell what it is so she schedule my appointment for an ultrasound with a professional ultrasound tech to see more and get more idea what could it be , my HCG level did drop but I heard some women do have a HCG level up and down drop and still had a normal pregnancy.. so what I'm asking y'all have that ever happen to anyone where they had a scare similar like mine and still had a normal pregnancy after? Could you guys think is a possibility of twins that can be causing that. Like I don't know I just want stories to hear or any advice y'all can give me I will appreciated thank you.
