Does anyone know of anything that will help regulate periods without it being birth control? Ever since I had my son my periods are everywhere. Anything natural, otc, etc? Thank you!

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Absolutely! Going on a plant based non-processed food diet has dramatically changed my periods and even helped me get pregnant. Prior to being plant based, we struggled and tried tried iui and even ivf... neither worked... when I went plant based I not only became regular, but got pregnant naturally. It was amazing and I felt so much better... I'm even pregnant a second time naturally again 😍👍🏻😁
