✨HELP ME✨

I think it's time to start sleep training. Ariah is almost 7 months and this cutie keeps waking me up at night by hogging the bed.

I need advice/tips on how to go about this. She is exclusively breast fed and I let her comfort nurse throughout the entire night.

Also, baby monitor recommendations..... I don't know if I should get just the audio one or the video/audio one.
