I'm a little nervous, my husband has made the decision to consider another job opportunity... after starting to look at houses again, we just don't have enough to feel comfortable depleting our savings completely to make a down payment, ... but rent is so high, it's hard to save... he put in an application and had his first phone interview yesterday and it seemed to go well! This company has a long interview process... but if it pans out, he could be looking at a 20-30% increase in salary!! My biggest fear was loosing insurance... but you get insurance starting day 1! So I'm curious to see where this goes!

Have you looked at USDA home loans? Some of them don't require any money down. My cousin got her house through them.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Racial nickname
I sometimes call my lo monkey. To me he looks like a little monkey. My so says it's racist and offensive. What do you think?
Asking for donations for a wedding?
Someone on my Facebook page has started a Go Fund Me, so that they can raise money for their wedding.
@lovelily, yeah we looked into them, contacted a mortgage guy... he took all of our info, talked about options... he was going to call us the next day to work on the preapproval letter... and never called us back... he also has not returned an email! 🙄😒 so we decided that we are just going to wait! See if my husband gets this new job and go from there!
