Migraines suck so much more when all you can take for them is Tylenol. I have to take 4 at a time just to kill the pain for a few hours but it doesn't take away the dizziness or nausea or sensitivity to light and sound. I've has migraines for years now but I usually take Excedrin or BC. Really any form of asprin. This is day 4 on this migraine and it's starting to get pretty irritating. Ugh.

Tell you doctor when you get the chance. I had to be prescribed a medication for mine because Tylenol wouldn't work. It's called Fioricet, and it worked for me.

I have not asked my current dr yet, but I was cleared by a past dr to take Excedrin because I am apparently allergic to Tylenol. I have migraines and headaches myself.

I had the same issue when I was pregnant last time they ended up giving me a muscle relaxer that was safe to take during pregnancy and a super low dosage and it helped alot, so I would let your doctor know

Try benadryl! It works wonders Tylenol does nothing for me

@xaixaii the fioricet didn't work for me

@athomas I heard that a couple of times. Idk if it's standard but the one I take has a low dose of codeine in it. So it knocks out the headache and puts me to sleep most times.

@xaixaii it did put me to sleep but it's nothing like my imitrex I take
