Hi ladies! My son is 16 months (1 year and 4 months) old right now and I was wondering if anyone would give their opinion on the right time to have another. I have an iud and I'm debating on whether or not to get it removed...Part of me thinks the sooner the better but the other part of me says wait until my baby is at least 3 before trying again. I'm 29 currently and my fiancé says he doesn't wanna wait until he's 40 with a newborn (he's 34)...insight anyone? Anyone else have to make a decision like this?

@1stbabyj, yeah I'm thinking the same way diapers are wayyy too freakin expensive to have two kids that need em
@amelliaholmes1457, his older brother is 6 years older and the gap is crazy big they don't really care to spend time with each other like that. He has a cousin that's 3 years older and he prefers to play with older kids he says cam is a baby I can't play with a baby lol so I don't want the gap to be too crazy either so idk
@chelli, I was thinking the same thing wait til he's at least potty trained I do want him to see me with other babies too so hopefully some of my friends have a few before we try again so he can see me interact with a newborn
I'm 30 right and had my second baby fours apart from her sister but a lot of people are different its up to you what you want to do.
My son is 12 months and husband and I have decided to try for another one when he's about 2 and a half. Hopefully he'll be potty trained by the time baby #2 would be born so we won't have 2 in diapers.
@cammommy504 oh ok gotcha will maybe if you do have another one and your if he's two at the time might want to play with his brother or sister if you have a third one when it gets older to play along.
