I have previous back problems and pretty severe arthritis from a accident 7 years prior to pregnancy. I've been trying to epsom salt baths along with occasional use of a heating pad with not much relief. Is it safe to use icy hot creams?

I was told no icy hot while pregnant. I also have arthritis from an accident, i hope you can find some relief
