Okay so im 37 weeks pregnant & i just got done having sex but I noticed there was blood on the bed & when i wiped there was blood but also red pieces in it. Im totally freaking out!!! Im not having contractions or cramping please help!!

Ladies im freaking out right now!! I passed a huge blood clot and it's looks like there might be something else in my blood clot and I'm thinking I had a miscarriage somehow even though I'm on nexplanon. I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
