Just went to the rest room and wiped and it's rusty pink/brown, should I be worried?

It's probably nothing but still check with your doctor I'm 8: weeks same thing happened to be a week ago it was just a lil light pink blood the doctor checcked me out and told me I was fine baby looks good still but if I kept bleeding and it's dark red then that would be a different story
