I need to know if I should make my daughters appointment sooner than the 29th.

So a few days ago she had a fever of 100. We had assumed it was from teething because she didn't really show any other symptoms of being sick or anything. So we got the fever down and she was fine after that. Besides being fussy, chewing on everything and spitting up more than usual.

Well then the next day she started pooping a whole lot more than usual. Usually she goes once a day or once every other day. She's been having problems going since she was born too, like she would scream when she pooped but it never came out hard or anything. So when she started going a whole lot more than usual I got concerned. She is still doing it too. It isn't diarrhea, though. Like it's normal poop for a formula fed baby.

I'm wondering if maybe her tummy is finally digesting the formula the way it's supposed to? Cause now she doesn't scream when she poops and it's back to the normal seedy looking baby poop.

Oh good!!! It's totally normal for babes to poop a lot. If she was having diarrhea a lot I would be concerned but just regular poop, you are good. 😀

If you are concerned, you can always give your doctor a call. Babies poop a lot. When my son was a baby he would get very constipated and would scream when he would poop. After some info from the doctor we had to give him a suppository. From what you are saying it sounds like she was backed up and is now going regularly. My kids would poop a lot. It's normal for babies to go a lot especially after eating.
