I'm officially getting this nexaplanon out of my arm on Monday when I go talk to my doctor . I just can't do it anymore !! I got it in 2 days after I gave birth it's been 6 months . And for the first 4 I bleed EVERYDAY with no break . Month 5 I had a 3 week period !! Now at month 6 started my period July 20th and I'm still on it now awhole 3 weeks later 😐. The doctor said bleeding here and there is normal but this is not here and there this every day all day this is not spotting this is a light period flow this is nausea off and on this cramping almost everyday . I CANNOT do this anymore I'm already a severe anemic with meds and my blood level is not going up so I have to see a blood specialist at the end of the month . Monday I don't wanna here keep it and we'll give you birthcontrol orally as well I'm not taking two forms and
I suck at pills anyways . I just want this out and something else cause my baby is only 6 months and I deff don't want another right now .

@jeanetta25, yeah but you having excessive bleeding is not good,it's good your taking it out I hope it works for me cause I honestly don't know what else to use

@jeanetta25, I heard the patch was good and doesn't have much effects on your hormones ,how long is good for I don't know,just ask and you should be okay😊
@intelligentmind2015, me either I don't want the depo it makes a lot of people gain weight and I'm trying to lose weight lmao ! I can't do the pill I will never remember!! And I had the Nuva ring that was great but it was painful taking it out every month so I don't want that either . I was thinking the patch but I don't know how effective that is so hopefully they can tell me something good to use

@intelligentmind2015, well I think it messed me up comeplety because I got it 2 days after my c-section so I was already bleeding . But still I should have stopped by now and shouldn't be having 3 week period . So I'm just going to take this out Monday and I hope w.e I get works as good as this cause I don't want another baby now I just had one
I'm afraid I hope that doesn't happen to me I recently got it three days ago I haven't had any bleeding yet,I had depo before I would bleed the whole month straight the first time I got it with that then the bleeding completely stopped..

@kreese88, that's why I dont want the shot lol . My sister was on that and gained like 50 pounds 🙅🏾
@scurlock.mommy, hmmm I had the Nuvaring before I got pregnant that's okay the only thing I don't like is taking it out . My vaginal muscles are tight so taking things out papsmears and even sex can be painful at times . It always hurted so much removing it maybe I was too tense idk . So I'll pass on that one but it was good I had zero problems on that .
@jeanetta25, no I have not, I've been on the shot which was the worst choice ever I gained so much weight with that, I was in it 2.5 years. It screwed my body up so bad. Ask about the patch I'm not sure how effective it is maybe google it 😍
This is what happened when I was on the nexplanon as well. Switched to the pill, got pregnant, and now I'm using the Nuvaring. It's a godsend. Short, light periods. Super easy to use. I love it.
@kreese88, idk if they would do that I got abnormal cells on my cervix that they have to look into so idk if they would insert anything inside right now . But I can't do the paps and w.e else until the bleeding stop . But yea I'm bad with pills I don't want a shot have you heard anything bad about the patch ?
@jeanetta25, well it takes a bit to get your hormones back to normal but if you don't wanna do pills then you can ask about a low dose IUD
@kreese88, ohhh idk if I can do the whole nothing thing !! I know I wouldn't be using condoms like I should and idk about the pull out method . All I know is I need to be on something . If they have me wait to start something do you think I can get pregnant quick or it should take sometime since I been on for 6 months ?
