It is more about respect. You need recovery space. If you dont want them there then speak up

What's hard about it? How do they have that much control that they just come and do whatever at YOUR HOUSE? Tell them to let you relax! Where's your husband? Why won't he tell them to leave and come at another time or when they're invited?

I wish it was easy for me to tell them its my MIL & SIL that are always coming & staying & judging & changing things around & i just want to relax 😫

Just tell them youd perfer some time to adjust for a few days and leave it at that

It's okay to tell people you'd like some privacy for a little while. Or just say you're not feeling well enough for visitors yet.
