I don't think there are studies on marijuana and nursing. It's possible that the contents of marijuana can travel through breast milk, but I'm not sure if it does.
Not much research on the subject, just like smoking cigarettes. But thc does stay in the fat (that passes through breast milk) for longer periods of time. Im an avid smoker, and I personally wouldn't.
