Hey girls I have a question NOT baby related. My boyfriend has a diesel truck , yesterday on the way home he stopped at the gas station and the attendant filled it up with unleaded gasoline. My boyfriend didn't noticed so in the morning that he started the truck didn't turn on and he checked the truck and that's how he found out it had regular gasoline.
My question is , can he make the gas station owner pay for all the work that the truck had done at the car shop? Because they had to clean all the tank and the engine , they're charging him $1500 plus the towing is $250. Anyone had a situation like this?

@candidbabex, my boyfriend had stopped at the gas station many times today but the cashier says the manager or owner is gonna come later today but it's almost 6 and he's hasn't showed up.
He has the receipt from the shop and from the gas station too
You can try, I have an uncle who's a mechanic, it's technically their fault but they are gonna spin their story so they aren't liable.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
