im new to this app and i have questions to ask this is my second pregnancy my first was jan2017 which ended due to a miscarriage. but god blessed me to being pregnant again my hcg levels right now are 83,495 i feel like they are wayyy to high just because the ultrasound picture down below thats all it showed. my last lab test was done in july 20ish and my hcg levels were 575. so it went up alot im worried that it might turn out to be a blighted ovum or anything bad. this is my first ultrasound and have another one coming up on the 21. anyome with a similar story? im just scare
@elenabeltran14 well I wouldn't listen to anybody. Go with your gut feeling and what the Dr says to you. Yes you take peoples opinions or advice in your mind but ALWAYS check with your Dr . I hope it all works out for you-!
my doctor said i was around 5 weeks. my period was off i got june 7th and stayed over a day or two more then it should of so im thinking i also ovulated late. because around july 17 they did an ultrasound im the er and there was nothing so atlist i was glad i saw something this last visit. im just worried because some chick on this other app said oh it could be a blighted ovum.
@elenabeltran14 Gestational Age Week 5 (Fetal Age: Week 3) Around 5 weeks, the gestational sac is often the first thing that most transvaginal ultrasounds can detect. This is seen before a recognizable embryo can be seen. Within this time period, a yolk sac can be seen inside the gestational sac.
@elenabeltran14 well you should be alright. If the Dr seen a yolk sac thats a good sign. But I don't wamt to say the wrong thing because I'm not a Dr but I do know if you see a yolk sac it's a good sign. I on my saw a yolk sac on mine till I got further along and then the dr seen a heart beat. Sometimes it just takes longer to see something. This happened to me and I know it's scary too
@firsttimemommy88 no it was im an army hospital so they barely give you any info she just ask for two blood test and said there was yolk sac and everything else but couldn't see much
@elenabeltran14 Ohhh. Hmm I'm sure it'll be okay. Just pray hun. Maybe you just aren't far along enough to see the baby? Did your Dr say anything to you about what it is?
