Mom had to take me to my apt and she smokes , so embarrassing coming in smelling like smoke :/ . Can't say anything to her either .... cause her car and she's doing me a favor .... wish she knew how bad it is 😖

I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
I feel so disrespected, as you can see I asked my mother not to smoke tomorrow, being that she will be at the hospital as in being induced and until I actually have the baby. I don't want her covered in cigarette smoke around me and my newborn child. And DAMN sure don't want her holding him if she's going to smoke. It's pretty selfish of her to not just say okay and respect my wishes, in my opinion. It's just crazy to me how she'll talk about not being addicted to smoking and that she could go without it, yet clearly isn't planning on doing so on such an important day. #RANTOVER
so serious question not regarding me but I have a friend who smoked weed up until her 32nd week pregnant and she's now 34 weeks how long would it take for her to clean her system and what should she do? all because she was getting sick and couldn't eat
I can't believe it My cousin stayed with me rent free from September 2015 to April 2016 and her stuff is still in my apartment. She's been saying she was going to come get her stuff for months. She text me this morning saying that she was going to come and get her stuff soon, and I asked her if I could have her air mattress. She tried to charge me $60 for it. The air mattress sells new for $35 on amazon and she didn't even pay $60 for it. I didn't respond and she just text me saying the $60 was for a microwave she bought me and her air mattress. When she got the microwave, it was a gift. Then when my son was in the hospital from October to January out of town, I was going to get my internet service turned off until I returned home. My cousin was doing school work online, so I paid for it while I was away so she could use it. I'm trying to figure out a response to her. ?

@natalienavarro9512 never worry what other people think. As long YOU know you're taking care your child the best you can thats all that matters. We can't control what people do. My husband smoke so we have all the windows down and just pray it don't affect our kids. It's hard to stop so I understand my hubby situation and at the same time yours. It's gonna be ok just stay getting fresh air

@natalienavarro9512 talk to her nicely about it. She should understand. Its a baby and second hand smoking is the worst. I kno a few patients who almost died from that. And a few babies who is possibly messed up because of it as well. Don't take that chance. My husband said he quit right before the baby came out and although i kno he smokes from time to time, i tell him just as long as its not infront of me or my kid. I don't even want to smell it. Yes we can't control what people do but people have to respect how we feel especially when it comes to health. And i would feel embarrassed to. Not because she does it but just the smell period. Cigg smells is disgusting.
