Okay so I know I just started breast feeding this week and so far I think I've been doing good and I just started using my pump yesterday but I feel like I don't have enough milk sometimes to feed the twins and I feel bad when they cry so if y'all know how to increase my milk supply please tell me.

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

I would go to a lactation consultant . With my angel baby I didnt produce enough milk because when he was first born they made me do formula for two bottles instead of a first latch so i never generated my milk properly . With my rainbow baby he's three still breast feeds and theres a tea called mothers tea that helps generate milk

It is demand and supply, the more you feed the more milk you produce

Put baby to breast. You have enough. Trust your body. If you dont stay consistent you will have problems. Just know your fine.
