When did you start feeding baby food to your babies?

It honestly depends on your child .. my daughter was ready when she was 4 and a half months...I noticed her interest in my food she would always grab my plate and observe how I was chewing. You will know when they are ready..

We skipped baby food altogether my thought is if ur baby loves baby food carrots then u said a carrot in front of them well they aren't going to know they really like it bc texture is different we started sampling table food at 9months and still don't eat meals at 11m but we're trying mamas milk is the best he says 😋 literature says when baby can set up unassisted on the floor and when baby shows interest in food.

Like a week before she was 6 months... I was eating with her in one hand and she was following my hand with her mouth open... I was like oh she is ready to eat!! First thing I gave her was a sweet potato... now she eats all kinds of baby food and whatever I can mash up...
