I been at a 4cm for 1 week now even tho am walking doing squats my cervix's still hasn't changes for me I feel contractions n tummy tightens but they aren't even strong for me to head to the hospital

I went in labor at a 1 then within an hour I was dilated to a 3-4 then in another hour I was at 4-5 another hour 6 then just kept going I was dilating faster.

I was 0cm at 40 weeks and went into labor 5 days later, got admitted at 3cm and was at 10cm 12 hours later

I went from 1-5cm between 36-39weeks. Then my water broke 👍🏾 I was so happy

It wasn't 2cm but I was 3cm from 31 weeks to 36 and then two days later my youngest was born glad he stayed in that long phew

I was 2 for 6 weeks 🤣

For me it took about 2 weeks 😫
