Went for ultrasound yesterday.... instead of hearing baby's heartbeat and seeing baby on screen. My uterus was empty. Further exploration via vaginal ultrasound showed baby and sac near cervix. No heartbeat. Negative tests. Diagnosed with PCOS and spontaneous miscarriage.... God is good and sovereign. Yes heartbroken but somehow at peace. Just waiting for contractions and bleeding... 💔🙏
