Any good morning & night routines, that helps wake y'all up and get y'all ready for the day cause lately I've been feeling like I haven't slept in days and I sleep when Chase naps and I sleep through the night unless Chase wakes up . Please help!

Taking a cold shower in the morning it says it helps u and it's a good benefit for u also
Drink a cold glass of water first thing when you wake up, if you like coffee make that next! Try & eat something for a little more energy.. (I have a hard time eating in the morning) but it really does help wake you up!
Start off with light stretching it helps clear the mind and wake the body great way to start the day! I listen to worship music journal and coffee ☕️
