Okay so when I gave birth to the twins I did get an epidural just because I was going to be a first time mom and scared of the pain so when I did get it it was early in the pregnancy that it wore off when I was about to deliver so the doctors said that I basically just had twins naturally and I'm proud because that pain was a beast lol but my problem is that now I have horrible back pain from them trying to put more epidural in me and yes I was asking for it but if I would of known it wasn't going to work I wouldn't have kept asking but I had a second degree tear my delivery was crazy but after saying that what can I do for my back.?
