Leonel a few days ago was running a high fever and during this fever he got red bumps all over his body and face . He has cooled down since but the bumps are still there 4 days later . Today is the first day he has ate food? I'm going to take him in today when it cools down he seems fine but do you guys think this could be something serious ? A heat rash should've been gone by now right ?
