I've started practicing already because my aunt has a baby and when we go out to stores and stuff she let's me handle it so I'll be prepared.

Yesterday at Walmart this lady came over and started pinching his cheeks and touching his lips, so I looked at her and said "When's the last time you washed your hands?". She immediately pulled them away and looked embarrassed before walking away, meaning she probably doesn't even remember the last time she washed them.

I don't want anyone's nasty hands on my baby lol

I'm usually super nice too, but I just think about all the sickness that people carry around on them and it makes it easier to tell them no.

Yes!!! I am a very nice person but I would make it clear to not touch my child!!! I don't know you, don't know where your hands have been. Hoe do I know you didn't just use the bathroom and not wash your hands. I never in my life, went up to a mother and tried to touch their baby!!
