Depends on the situation and how they physically yank on their kids. Plus the age of the kid too. Like if its an 11 year old who is being an absolute brat, than nah im not gonna feel sorry for them.

@muva_of_2 I was in the store and this lady was like full blown screaming at her son, he had to of been barely 4..was yelling cause he was singing along with his toy and he didn't stop and she like ripped him up out of the cart by his arm.. Poor baby started screaming like no other and she didn't even care. I was very irritated. My fiancee grabbed me by the arm and told me to leave it, I can't fight pregnant and pulled me the other way lol.
