Tmi question... after you had your baby and months pass & your period comes back " regularly " & you've use tampons . What tampons were able to fit ? If this makes any sense

My flow is heavy but I can only use the regular kind even a year after having baby. So I can only use them toward the end. Any size bigger hurts like CRAZY.
I used the playtex pearl, the small ones that you can hide in your pockets. They were small enough that they fit but still absorbent enough to not leak
I use super but that's because I've always had a heavy flow

Went to the bathroom yesterday, looked down and there were TWO STRINGS coming out of my vag!!! Thinking it was a defective tampon with two strings, I pulled it out! NOPE!!! Two tampons were in there!!! How the hell does that happen?!? O_o
I haven’t used tampons since I had my daughter. She’s almost one. For those in similar situations, how was your experience using tampons again after having a baby?
