After my last healthy full term pregnancy I cant even use tampons at all. Any size feel so uncomfortable that I stick to pads now.

My flow is heavy but I can only use the regular kind even a year after having baby. So I can only use them toward the end. Any size bigger hurts like CRAZY.

I used the playtex pearl, the small ones that you can hide in your pockets. They were small enough that they fit but still absorbent enough to not leak

I'm bothered cause the regular ones won't stay when I insert them 😩

I use super but that's because I've always had a heavy flow
