How can you tell if you're having contractions or not?
I'm only asking because for the last 3 days I've been having some mild cramps that come and go but with no bleeding or anything. I think they might be Braxton hicks but I'm not sure.

Does your stomach tighten when it happens? It will be all hard.

@juliaschade41, it feels like mild period cramps by my pelvic area. It feels like it's tightening but it's only like that for a few seconds to a minute and then I'm okay again

@caityyy_lynnn next time it happens, see if your stomach turns into a tight ball. Those are Braxton hicks. If not, then you're probably just having growing and stretching cramps.

@juliaschade41, I'll keep an eye on it. Usually my sides hurt when I'm growing so these cramps are new
