It took be about 4 weeks to feel normal again and not hurt. They say 4-6 weeks depending on the stitches and the person. That is the worst though. I don't wish it upon anyone hahahaha

I had the peri bottle dermaplast and epi foam they gave a thing for sitz bath too. Had to b cut too. I'm 3 weeks PP and I don't hurt anymore I will get a small pain every once and while but nothing to bad. I was comfortable enough to try having sex yesterday and no pain. But I waited till I stopped bleeding. Wearing pads sucks.

@jolynnwilliams, okay girl whatever works for you! For me the cold made it worst. Having a routine and maybe some ibuprofen will help

@amouryaya09, it's been cold. And for some reason the cold makes everything better

Warm water and witch hazel and tylenol if its to bad.

It took mine about 6 weeks.

@jolynnwilliams, when you pee put warm water in the peri bottle and squirt it while you pee. It will help! If you use the 3 combined it will get better.
