I'm upset that I've reserved my transportation they fail to have someone to pick me up to take me to my appointment and now I have to wait until Thursday morning 😑 at least I was able to do more with hubby to get things going since drinking the tea last night. We may be heading back to L&D tonight. Other than that this cinnamon tea is giving me good hope.

@starwars-mom I only had powder also sO I boil water and sprinkles cinnamon afterwards until it was brown In color. They say the stick is more workable but I'm still feeling the powder work well
