It's legal even if he has a doctors note? That's ridiculous. Do they not realize other people will get sick?

That's illegal here. Can't loose a job because of a contagious condition that will keep him from work for a few days

Because he can't go back to work until Friday, so they are trying to tell him he may not be able to come back. It's like they would seriously prefer him to go back and spread it than he misses a couple days!

How could he loose his job over it?
