So update on the child support..... ex can now pay $40 a week for support which doesnt include the large amount he owes me already. At this point whatever because me and my husband are supporting her and our youngest without him.... yes its difficult but we are managing just fine.

@adensmommy2014 thank you so much! Ive applied to a community college to work towards finishing my degree. Once im done with that i know things will get better.
@adensmommy2014 Honestly it just shows the court and her that he has other priorities that doesnt include her. We plan to move out of state in 3-4 yrs and he cant say crap about it. Ive already hinted and he showed me it wasnt a big deal so whatever. We dont need him or his support, just wish he would walk away from her already.
@adensmommy2014 yeah no kidding. I was nice enough to agree to the amount because I know come tax season it will be fine. Once ex gets caught up on bills he is required to readjust the amount to over $85 a week.
